To secure your holiday accommodation at The Retreat @ Le Grand Bois, or at The Guardian House; our Gite please contact us as soon as possible using the form on our "Contact Us" page, or call us on 0033 (0)5 53 20 69 68.

A deposit of 50% of the total rental is required and the balance of the total payment will become due 12 weeks prior to arrival date (Standard Industry Practice).

For Rentals of "The Guardian House", we also request a £200 Refundable Security Bond, that is normally refunded within 7 days of departure date (Standard Industry Practice).

Full terms and conditions are available upon request and include a cancellation policy.

We also recommend you have ‘Travel Insurance’ before travelling outside your resident country, just in case one of your party has an accident, or falls ill for any reason. Guests from countries within the EEC should also have a (EHIC) European Health Insurance Card or equivilent as well as valid Travel Insurance.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets of any kind !
